Projects
As a graduate student, I had the opportunity to work on applied projects with real-world organizations. Through these experiences, I strengthened my skills as an I-O practitioner and gained valuable hands-on experience. These projects also helped solidify my professional interests and career goals in the field.
Organizational Diagnosis
Student Life Development Department
My two colleagues and I partnered with the Student Life and Development Department at CSULB to identify and address organizational challenges. We collected diagnostic data, applied an organizational model and relevant theories to assess potential issues, and suggested targeted intervention recommendations to the key stakeholders.

Training Development
CSULB Bookstore
My four colleagues and I partnered with the CSULB Bookstore to develop a universally designed orientation program that prioritized accessibility, inclusion, and support. The program was thoughtfully created to address the diverse needs, abilities, and learning preferences of all student employees, ensuring that every new hire felt welcomed, valued, and set up for success from the start.

Job Analysis
George Key School
Three colleagues and I partnered with George Key School within the Placentia-Yorba Linda School District and completed a job analysis for Special Education Teacher Aide roles. This involved conducting observations and interviews, creating task and KSA statements, establishing linkages, and recommending selection materials to improve the school's hiring process.

Practicum Project
Long Beach City College
For my practicum project, I developed a belonging workshop with guidance from my manager. It covers topics such as psychological safety, promoting inclusivity, recognizing and preventing burnout, fostering employee recognition, and strengthening a culture of belonging at LBCC. This project was especially meaningful to me, as it solidified my passion for DEIA, organizational development, and training and development.
